The three suspects in the bribery case of Parlin Purba, the former chief of intelligence of the Bengkulu Prosecutor’s Office, are set to be tried at the Bengkulu Corruption Court.

The other two suspects are Bengkulu provincial commitment maker (PPK) Amin Anwari and PT Mukomuko Putra Selatan Manjuto president director Murni Suhardi.

KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah said investigators had completed the investigation. "Today we handed over the dossier to the [KPK] prosecutors," he said on Tuesday.

Amin and Murni were transferred from the East Jakarta Police detention center to the Bengkulu correctional facility on Tuesday.

The three were arrested by KPK investigators in early June when Parlin was allegedly caught accepting bribes from Amin and Murni. The bribery was allegedly related to irrigation projects conducted by the Sumatra River Management Agency in 2015 and 2016. (ecn/kuk/bbs)
