His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, the President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council, and Her Royal Highness Princess Fadzillah Lubabul Bolkiah binti His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah this afternoon watched a netball match between Brunei Darussalam and host team Malaysia at the 29th SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The match took place at Juara Stadium. Prior to the match, His Royal Highness met the national team. Also present was His Royal Highness' son, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul 'Aleem, and His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah' son, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Faiq.

 

The national team in red bib started the match with full power, but the host team managed to dominate the first quarter 19-8. In the second quarter, the host team continued its offence and won 11-7 despite the fact that the national team tried to turn the tide. The Malaysian team continued its assault and won in the third quarter 18-5, and finally clinched victory with the result in 17-7 in the fourth and final quarter.
