The Education Intervention Programme, P.I.P of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education led by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah practises the spirit of repaying or giving back to society through education. The UBD opened its doors to P.I.P by providing facilities and expertise to students last year. Under the programme, the students are able to experience productive and innovative teaching methods used by Yayasan P.I.P volunteers from the UBD Institute of Leadership, Innovation and Advancement, ILIA; and Entrepreneurship Village. The Convo Festival is an annual activity organised by the Students Affairs Section of the UBD Students Association Affairs with the cooperation of the Office of Promotion and Events Management, OPEM.
