The AMEC Foster Wheeler Programme was designed to help bridge the gap between academic knowledge, and industrial knowledge at a university level while giving students an overview of possible career options upon graduating. The two-day training came to an end today with a certificate presentation to the participants.

Awang Haji Ady Syarmin bin Haji Mohd Taib, UTB's Assistant Vice Chancellor of Industry and Services, in his speech encourage the participants to actively participate in the industry lecture series and to make the most out of the industry internship under the UTB Experience PLUS, whether in Brunei or abroad as well as to take part in their respective Student Chapter activities.

On hand to present the certificates to 120 undergraduates from the Faculty of Engineering, UTB School of Business, and School of Computing and Informatics, was Professor Doctor Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, Vice Chancellor of UTB. The programme provides the undergraduates the opportunity to interact with experienced professionals, and exposed them to contemporary industrial practices.
