It’s great honouring the things you love, but one man has taken it to new levels recently.
Nathan Derek Garner has decided to ditch his middle name and replace it with one of Britain’s favourite brands of tea – so he is now called Nathan Yorkshire Tea Garner.
And this isn’t just his Facebook name, he’s legally changed his name via deed poll.
The 31-year-old concrete sprayer lives near Sheffield in South Yorkshire and drinks a huge amount of tea.
He claims to drink around 20 cups of tea daily and always starts his day with a 4am cuppa.
Despite his mammoth caffeine consumption, Nathan says he ‘sleeps like a baby’ every night.
He said: ‘Because I drink so much tea, one of the lads at work said “you drink so much of that stuff you should change your name to Yorkshire Tea”.
‘I thought that’s a good idea, I went on the internet and just changed it. Everyone thinks it’s “right good”.
‘I’ve got my own cup at work and one at home, nobody is allowed to use those cups.
‘I even take teabags round to mum’s house when I go and see her because she drinks PG Tips.’
Nathan always takes his tea with milk and two sugars, and never drinks coffee.
Thanks to his unrelenting loyalty Yorkshire Tea have sent him a goody bag containing an apron, a towel and of course some more tea bags.
