His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam watched a Polo Tournament in conjunction with the Golden Jubilee Celebration of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's Accession to the Throne. The tournament is organised by the Royal Brunei Polo Association, RBPA. Yesterday afternoon match saw Brunei Darussalam Dua play against Philippines team and Brunei Darussalam Satu going up against the Royal Selangor Polo team.

His Majesty's son and daughter, His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Mateen and Her Royal Highness Princess Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah played for Brunei Darussalam Satu. In the matches between Brunei Darussalam Satu and Royal Selangor Polo team, Brunei Darussalam Satu won 7-Four in four chukkas. Her Royal Highness Princess Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah scored 1 goal in one chukka.

Also present were His Majesty's brothers; His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah and His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah.

Earlier a match between Brunei Darussalam Dua and Philippines team was held. The Brunei Darussalam Dua team included Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi ibni His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Bahar ibni His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah. In the match, Brunei Darussalam Dua defeated Philippines team 7- 4 in four chukkas.
