His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam this afternoon left Da Nang, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam after attending the 25th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting (AELM). Prior to departure from the hotel, a Doa Selamat was recited by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr.) Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

Present at Da Nang International Airport to bid farewell to His Majesty were His Excellency Phung Xuan Nha, Minister of Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. Also present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade; and His Excellency Pengiran Haji Sahari bin Pengiran Haji Salleh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brunei Darussalam to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
