Gathering and Procession of the National Maulidur Rasul Celebration

The mass gathering and procession of the National Maulidur Rasul celebration in the four districts will be held on Saturday, 12th Rabiulawal 1439 Hijrah corresponding to 2nd December 2017 starting 7.00 in the morning. The mass gathering and procession with the theme 'Rasulullah Qudwah Pemimpin Adil' will be held at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien in Bandar Seri Begawan.
In this regards, a briefing with heads of the procession team for the Brunei Muara district will be held this Thursday at the new annexe building of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Jalan Dewan Majlis starting 8.30 in the morning. All heads of team or the representatives are asked to attend the briefing.
The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and its departments visited the Kampung Lambak Kiri land scheme for the indigenous Mosque. Among the congregants was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Also present was Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd Juanda bin Haji A. Rashid, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
While, the Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque in Kampung Sengkurong become the focal point for the delegation from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and its departments. Among those present were Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs; Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof; Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Awang Roslan bin Haji Taja'ah, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Administration and Finance), Ministry of Religious Affairs.
