Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohamed Taib, The Speaker of the Legislative Council yesterday received a farewell visit from Her Excellency Loan Forgeron, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France to Brunei Darussalam. The ceremony took place at the Dewan Majlis Building.

Also present was Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Jaya Dato Paduka Awang Haji Judin bin Haji Asar, the Secretary to the Cabinet Ministers' Council and Clerk to the Legislative Council. During the farewell visit, both parties expressed high appreciation for the good working relationship during Her Excellency's service in the country. Both sides hope that the good relationship will continue to prosper and strengthen between the two countries.
