To educate and increase awareness towards the youth about the issue of stray animals, participants from Young Executive Program organized the "Strayholders" Workshop. The Opening Ceremony was held this morning at Ittisal Hall, Civil Service Institute, Rimba Gadong.

The workshop was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dayang Khairunnisa binti Haji Ahs'ari, member of Legislative council. A total of 28 youths are participating in the 3-day workshop, which will be filled with various lectures, discussions and visit to places related to the issues that will be discussed. 9 organisations from government agencies, education institutions and Non-Government Organisations, NGOs are also invited. The sessions include Caring for Animals: an Islamic Perspective, Animal First Aid Course and Public Speaking.
