On the country's development, His Majesty stresses that knowledge and expertise gained by the graduates are the foundation towards realising the goals of the said development. However the Monarch emphasises, it is only part of preparations for the working world. His Majesty adds the pillar of development also takes into account the excellent quality of character and identity in accomplishing the development.
