80 orphans and children from underprivileged families at the Panchor Mengkubau National Housing Scheme yesterday afternoon received donations in the form of school stationery from Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (TAIB). The presentation ceremony was held at the residence of the Head of Community and Communications Bureau of the RPN Panchor Mengkubau Village Consultative Council.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pengiran Haji Mohammad bin Pengiran Haji Osman @ Othman, Member of the Legislative Council. The donations were presented by Dayang Hajah Noorrafidah binti Sulaiman, the Acting Managing Director of Perbadanan TAIB to the female students, while the male students received their donations from Awang Haji Kalong bin Haji Hussin, the Acting Head of Retail Banking of Perbadanan TAIB. The donations were in support of the Drop Box project - Back to School Campaign conducted by the Women's Bureau of the RPN Panchor Mengkubau Village Consultative Council.
