His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday received in audience His Excellency Don Pramudwinai, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand who is on a two-day official visit to the country.

The audience ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman this afternoon.  During the audience, His Majesty and His Excellency discussed bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Thailand as well as exchanged views on regional and international matters.  Accompanying the Minister was His Excellency Biravij Suwanpradhes, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam.  Also present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
