The Fiqh Al-Usrah Forum is hoped to explain parental knowledge and family education in the context of Malay Islamic Monarchy and Zikir Nation. The forum was the third series organised by the Fiqh Al-Usrah Research Centre of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB in cooperation with Belait District Religious Office. The forum entitled 'Cabaran Pendidikan Kekeluargaan Era Teknologi Maklumat' was held at Muhammad Jamalul Alam Mosque in Kuala Belait.

Present was Superintendent Police Haji Mohd Azrie bin Haji Talib, Belait Police District Commanding Officer. The forum highlighted every citizen's role towards family education, law and challenges in the information technology era. The forum was delivered by two panels, Datin Doctor Hajah Noor Hira binti Haji Noor Kaseh, Dean of Syari'ah Faculty at KUPU SB and Awang Haji Md Syahiran bin Haji Md Sofian, the Dean of Students at KUPU SB. Two hundred participants comprising government and private officers and staff as well as mosque muslimah attended the forum.
