BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

The Australian Education Information Day aims to give an opportunity for prospective students to meet representatives from top Australian universities to discuss their study options and gain on-the-spot admissions advice. The 1-day event was held by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission at the Rizqun International Hotel in Gadong.

Present were Her Excellency Nicola Rosenblum, the High Commissioner of Australia to the country and Siti Zuliana binti Haji Abdul Samad, Head of the Higher Education Division, Ministry of Education. A total of nine higher education institutions participated in the exhibition including The Australian National University, University of Sydney and Monash University. On the sidelines of the exhibition, a seminar was also held from where representatives talked about their university programs. Australia is the third most popular destination for international students.
