The Ministry of Health stressed that patients or those who have been identified to have risks of such disease, it is important to ensure that treatments are effective and avoid any complications for the patients. The Minister added that all measures require close cooperation and commitment from various sectors, the society, patients as well as their close family, to ensure success and efficacy in overcoming the problems of non-communicable diseases.
