His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a message of condolences to His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation following the recent plane crash at Ramensky district, Moscow region.

In the message, His Majesty was saddened to learn about the loss of life caused by the plane crash. His Majesty as well as the Government and the people of Brunei Darussalam wished to convey their heartfelt condolences to His Excellency Vladimir Putin, the Government and people of the Russian Federation, especially to the bereaved families of those involved in this unfortunate tragedy.
