In line with its objective to continuously becoming an excellent programme that provides beneficial exposure for the youth to express their undividing services to the religion, monarch, and the beloved nation, the National Service Programme, PKBN held a mass Subuh prayer ceremony for 7th intake trainees with Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The ceremony took place at the Mohamed Bolkiah Mosque in Kampung Serusop.

The mass fardhu subuh prayer with the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports is one of the programme's tradition, which is held every new intake of PKBN. The ceremony aimed to give exposure to the participants to always take part in various religious aspects holistically and socially by performing the mass subuh prayer at mosques and religious halls.

At the ceremony, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports presented the Appreciation Certificate and Endowment. Also present was Awang Haji Amir Hamzah bin Pehin Orang Kaya Amar Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Zakaria, Acting Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
