Thick black smoke billows from the lobby area of Orchid Garden Hotel when a Mercedes-Benz suddenly catches fire while in a parked position.

Personnel from Fire and Rescue Department rushed to the scene to douse the blaze. Images from the incident quickly went viral on the social media.

As of press time, no casualties or injuries are reported.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
