The Brunei Gastronomy Week is the second time organised by the Tourism Development Department and the Brunei Tourism Board, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism with the collaboration of several hotels and restaurants in Brunei Darussalam as well as airlines. The Brunei Gastronomy Week will only be held on the 23rd of this month until the 11th of March.

The highlight of this year's Gastronomy Week will be foods wrapped in banana leaves. In addition, Brunei ethnic groups in the four districts are encouraged to showcase their local ethnic cuisine.
