The Informed Community Programme participants comprising of members of Mukim and Village Consultative Councils under Mukim Kota Batu in Brunei Muara District visited Rimba Garden Central in Kampung Rimba yesterday afternoon.

During the visit, the participants were briefed on Rimba Garden Central and the country's flower industry. The aim of the visit was to provide knowledge on business start-ups or developing existing enterprises. The programme is a platform for the Information Department in disseminating official information on the government's policies and objectives. The platform uses channels such as briefings, dialogues and visits to ensure all members of society understand, support and effectively assimilate such information.
