Saint Andrew's School was crowned as the champion of the English Language Debate after beating Chung Ching Middle School. The competition's final took place yesterday morning at Saint Andrews School in the capital.

In attendance was Yang Berhormat Dayang Khairunnisa binti Awang Haji Ahs'ari, Member of the Legislative Council. 16 secondary schools took part in the competition, which aimed to enhance the student's public speaking and thinking skills. At the competition, Varman Valamurali from Chung Ching Middle School was selected as the best Debater.
