Jerudong Primary School, Cluster 2 organised 'Character Day' yesterday, a much-anticipated and enjoyable annual event in the school calendar organised by English Language Department and held at Dewan Ceria of the school.

The 'Character Day' was organised in conjunction with 'Maritah Membaca' (Let's Read) that encourage the students to love and have an interest in reading books.

The guest of honour was Cikgu Khadijah binti Haji Gapar, the Principal of Jerudong Primary School.

During the event, all students and teachers were dressed up as their favourite characters and some of them dressed up as superheroes, pirates, witches, princesses, Alice in the Wonderland and others.

Prizes were also given to the best dressed-up students and teachers as to further enliven the 'Character Day' event.
