Faulty brakes were believed to have caused a vehicle to hit a road barrier at a U-Turn section on Jalan Wasai Limuru in Kampong Tanah Jambu housing area at about 1.30pm on Monday.

A passenger in the vehicle was reported to have suffered cuts on his face due to shards of glass from the windscreen that broke during the incident.

Ambulance personnel attended to the man before he was taken to Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital for further treatment.
