MAJU LSK Logistics and Foodfare Sdn Bhd is currently holding a baking demonstration using products distributed by the company at the Jaya Centrepoint Hypermart promoting Anchor butter from Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd dairy products and Cap Kuda flour from Sabah Flour & Feed Mills Sdn Bhd.

Maju LSK brought in Chef Michael Chin from Sabah Flour & Feedmills Sdn Bhd and Chef Chrispian from Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd to conduct the joint product baking demo.

Scores of shoppers yesterday formed a crowd at the live baking demonstration booth inside the entrance of the venue where the chefs explained their respective products and how to use them together.

The chefs showed curious shoppers how to bake cookies named 'Melting Moments' using the flour and butter. Both flour and butter products are prepared and maintained in its basic form without additives. The baking demo showed techniques on the best ways to prepare each product before anything goes to bake.

Also present were Sam Ying Kok, Director of Maju LSK Logistics and Foodfare Sdn Bhd; Jackie Tan, Business Development Manager; Mohd Salleh Ombra, Sabah Flour & Feedmills Sdn Bhd Sales Executive Export; and Agnes Gan Pei Ling, Assistant Manager of Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd.
