Bruneian Denied One Count of Theft

A thirty-two-year-old local man has denied a charge of theft in a building and was ordered to appear again on June 11 for further mention of the case.
THe defendant, Roslin bin Mohd Said, allegedly stole food items, broadcast apparatus,electric appliance, mobile phones and money amounting to BND103 in a safety box.
DPP Danial bin Dato Seri Paduka Haji Kifrawi's charge against the defendant alleges that Roslin had committed the offence on May16, at All Seasons Restaurant, Times Square Shopping Centre, Jalan Berakas.
The defendant faces a maximum seven years' imprisonment and a fine if convicted. Magistrate Dewi Norlelawati binti Haji Abdul Hamid presided in the case.
