The Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah College (MDPMAMB) held an investiture ceremony yesterday for its newly elected Pembimbing Rakan Remaja (PRR), which is the school's peer counsellors group, at the Student Learning Centre.

A total number of 33 students have been appointed as peer counsellors.

The event's guest of honour was Awang Haji Dayang bin Haji Kassim, an officer from the Information Department, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

Also present at the ceremony were the acting principal, deputy principals, senior masters and mistresses, as well as invited parents and lecturers of the college.

The event began with a welcoming speech from the college's Acting Principal, Dayang Hajah Monaliza binti Haji Abdul Halim.

Certificates of appreciation were also presented to student counsellors of the 2015/2016 session.

The event then proceeded with the official instalment of the peer counsellors by the acting principal, before concluding with a group photo session.
