Since 2012, Fish & Co Brunei at Citis Square has been serving mouth-watering seafood dishes and is now looking to further boost its presence in the market with a number of new initiatives following the restaurant's 4th anniversary celebration yesterday.

The celebration was graced by Pengiran Haji Abdul Rahman bin Pengiran Mat Salleh, the Acting Deputy General Manager cum Head of Internal Audit of RBC; Awang Haji Salleh bin Haji Suhaili, Corporate Operating Officer of RBC, and Judy Chong, Finance Manager of RBC.

Also present were Elvin Lim, the Restaurant Manager of Fish & Co Brunei, and the staff of RBC.

In an interview, Elvin Lim cited that public response has been good for the last four years and also expressed his gratitude to Fish & Co's loyal customers, adding that during the fasting month a Ramadhan Platter' will be introduced and a Ramadhan stall set up at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium's parking area.

Another development he mentioned is that the seafood chain will be re-launching and introducing a new menu by July this year to attract more customers.

Besides a cake-cutting ceremony yesterday, a special appearance by popular mascot Octoboy and lucky dips, children were also treated to several other activities, such as face-painting, cupcake-making, a cooking competition and a colouring contest.
