Royal Brunei Catering (RBC) and Fish & Co will continue to serve customers this month, by opening up stalls at the Ramadhan Bazaar located at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium and the Aman Complex in Kampong Sungai Tilong.

Visitors to the RBC stalls will get to sample a range of tasty dishes such as Lamb Barakah, Penang Pesembur, Bubur Lambuk, Daging Tetel and Indonesian Lamb Fried Rice.

Meanwhile, Fish & Co will be offering Nasi Lemak, Grilled Chicken, Cajun Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce and Paella Rice, and Spaghetti Pomodoro.

The hosting of the Ramadhan Bazaar at the Aman Complex is part of an initiative undertaken by Royal Brunei Catering, in view of its potential to offer a diverse selection of delicacies during the fasting month.

Outside Catering and Express Fast Food are among the participating RBC outlets in the bazaar and will be offering up burgers, fried chicken, fish and chips, spaghetti bolognaise, chicken pies and many more.

At the same time, RBC has resolved to give back to the community by donating 10 per cent from the proceeds of the bazaar to the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans (DANA).
