Recently, the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) organised the 'Mari Bercerita Competition' for National level at the Radio Televisyen Brunei hall.

Dayang Nur Fadhilah Fikriyah binti Latif, a representative from the Year 6 of St Angela's Convent School (SACS), Seria, was the only student from a private school.

One of the school's students interviewed Dayang Nur Fadhilah Fikriyah. The interview was as below:

Insyirah: Good morning Dayang Nur Fadhilah Fikriyah.

Nur Fadhilah: Good morning Insyirah.

Insyirah: I was informed that you participated in the 'Mari Bercerita Competition' this year. When was the competition held?

Nur Fadhilah: The competition had two rounds. The first round was the semi-finals and it was held on April 19, 2016. The final round was on May 19, 2016.

Insyirah: What stories have you delivered and what were the results?

Nur Fadhilah: In the semi-final round, I delivered a story entitled the `Nakhoda Manis'. In this round I obtained second place with a prize of $400. During the final round, I delivered a different story with the title Tau Belah Batu Betangkup' and I got the fourth place (consolation prize) with $250.
