Local Man to Learn His Fate After Pleaded Guilty to Multiple Housebreaking, Theft

A local man will learn his fate this weekend in the Intermediate Court after he pleaded guilty to multiple counts of housebreaking to commit theft.
The forty-year-old defendant, Azim bin Haji Mohamed, broke into three houses and a school in Temburong from March 6-20, 2016 and stole household items as well as having common intentions of thefts in the break-ins with another person still at large.
Judge Haji Abdullah Soefri bin Pehin Dato Haji Abidin will pass sentence on Saturday. DPP Vuina Song prosecuted the case.
