Prosecution Requires Forensic Analysis in Counterfeit ATM Case

The prosecution is asking for forensic analysis as evidence, in a case involving five men from the Chinese Republic, who are being charged in the Magistrate's Court for possessing counterfeit ATM cards.
No pleas have yet been taken from the five defendants.
Zhong Xiaohui, 41, Xie Lirong, 37, Lai Haiyang, 51, Zhong Xiuying, 34, and Zhong Jianyuan, 46, are charged with possessing two forged ATM cards, between June 21 and 26, this year, while visiting Brunei.
Senior Magistrate Haji Nabil Daraina bin Pehin Dato Ustaz Haji Badaruddin has adjourned the case to make way for ongoing investigations, and fixed the case for further mention on July 18.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Amiriah Haji Ali presented the prosecution's case.
