With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddautah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Inspector General of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF), two probationary inspectors of police were appointed to the rank of inspectors during an appointment ceremony yesterday at the Putera Negara Conference Hall, Mess Officer Building of the Police Headquarters.

Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Mohd Shah Al-Islam, Commissioner of the RBPF, in his capacity as the guest of honour at the proceedings, affixed the Inspector of Police insignia on each of the newly-confirmed police inspectors.

The two new inspectors are Inspector of Police Md Saiful Nizam bin Sabri and Inspector of Police Awangku Muhd Adib bin Pengiran Haji Kamarudin.Also present at the ceremony were Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali, Senior Assistant Police Commissioner, in his capacity as the Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police, directors, senior officers of the RBPF and families of the newly-appointed inspectors.
