Whichever visionary thought of this has our eternal gratitude.

To most people it might have looked like any old blue bin but to the artist behind this masterpiece it was a chance to challenge how we perceive everyday objects.

OK, we might be going a tad overboard but you have to admit turning a bin in to the cookie monster is pretty funny.

Only shame is – as someone wisely observed on Imgur – it is a waste of a perfectly good cookie.
