Team Beruang Comel, comprising undergraduates from the Academy of Brunei Studies (APB) of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), emerged as champions of the futsal tournament held in conjunction with the 'Festival Sastera 2016' yesterday at UBD's Futsal Turf Arena.

Team Tani came in second place followed by Kaki Bangku in third place.

Dr. Zefri Ariff bin Mohd Zain Ariff, a Malay Literature lecturer from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) at UBD, presented the prizes to the winners.

The tournament's top scorer, Khairul Anwar from Team Beruang Comel also received a prize.

Participants of the tournament were undergraduates from higher education institutions across the country, including UBD and Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA).
