500 Participants Took Part in Les Mills International Programme

Over 500 fitness enthusiasts took part in the second quarter launch of Les Mills International at Fitness Zone, which saw the launch of five programmes - RPM, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Balance and Body Attack.
Les Mills is a group exercise programme founded in 1968 in Auckland, New Zealand and known worldwide for its mission to create a fitter planet and inspiring people to fall in love with fitness.
"Fitness Zone's number one goal is `to change lives through fitness'. We like to share with the public the exciting journey of exercising and set an example of togetherness," said
Fitness Zone's Managing Director Wu Chun in a press statement.
"With these health-related events, we educate Bruneians on the benefits of taking care of their health while having fun with people. It can surely assist them to achieve a better life."
The health club also invites the public for its open house event on July 28 from 7am to 10pm and July 29 from 7am until 10pm.
"Instead of consuming good A food to celebrating the Hari Raya festivities, Fitness Zone is inviting members of the public to use the premises at no cost and feel thelively vibe around an environment of fitness," added Shelley Busque, Marketing and Executive Assistant to Wu Chun.
