Even with the month of Syawal approaching to its end, festivities are still ongoing such as the Starbucks Brunei's Insta Raya gathering held last Saturday.

The focus of the event was for the customers from Belait District where they were invited to the 'beach-resort' themed branch in Kuala Belait.

To enliven the event, a local artist by the name of Gzul Yusof was present to entertain the attendees with nostalgic Hari Raya songs in his own acoustic contemporary version.

In an interview with Salleharon a Senior Manager in the Public Affairs and Digital Strategy for Malaysia and Brunei, he said that the event was also held in conjunction of a prize giving event for the winners for Instagram competitions #RayaAtStarbucks and #BeautifulBrunei.

User @juanree walked home with a Starbucks hamper worth $350 as the grand prize winner for the #RayaAtStarbucks contest whereas @iffah.pjn and @mashbih were awarded as first runner up and second runner up winners who walked away with Starbucks hampers worth $250 and $200 respectively.Furthermore @dazzler5l0 won the consolationprize of a Starbucks gift pack worth $50.
