Affordable accommodation is now open for viewing at the Sentral Residence - a new addition to the list of service apartments offered for rent by Garden Sentral Hotel.

It is located in one of the growing commercial hubs in Kuala Belait which also incorporates the already established KB Sentral Shopping Centre equipped with facilities such as supermarket and Municipal Department A graded dining outlets.

Two rows of terraced housing with a choice of one-bedroom, two-bedroom to four-bedrooms units are available. They come with housekeeping, maintenance, complimentary transportation within Kuala Belait areas, garbage collection  on daily basis, linen change of three times a week, free access to the Garden Sentral Hotel's swimming pool, gymnasium, car park and also to the arcades and children's playground at the shopping centre.

It is dubbed as the lower-costoption' to the Garden Sentral Hotel's service apartments for the ever growing population of fullyfurnished-housing seekers.

Allan Lee, the Garden Sentral's Operations Manager said the 18 serviced apartments of Garden Sentral Hotel have been fully occupied until recently.

"The apartments encouraged us to introduce Sentral Residence," he added.

He said that the demand has not faltered even with the fall in oil prices which have somewhat affected the property scene of the Belait District.

In a separate interview, Abby Lim, General Manager of KB Sentral Property Management announced that there will be more coming to the Sentral Residence such as detached and two semi-detached houses, which will be announced in the near future.
