Yaya Toure has just one year remaining on his current deal at Manchester City.

Yaya Toure will depart Manchester City this summer, his agent has said, as the club have failed on their promise to offer the midfielder a new contract.

Toure, 32, has just one year remaining on his current deal at City and, according to his representative Dimitri Seluk, he is keen to extend his stay at the Etihad Stadium.

However, Seluk says that City have failed to offer the Ivory Coast international an extension after originally promising him one and so he will look for a new club at the end of the season.

"We have waited too long," he told FC Inter News. "Manchester City promised a deal but nothing has materialised so Yaya will leave in June.

"Yaya is disappointed of course. But he is a professional and he remains under contract so he will continue to do his best for City."

Toure has been linked with a number of clubs of late, with Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan all reportedly interested in the City player.

Should the midfielder head to Inter he would be reunited with former City boss Roberto Mancini, and Seluk says the Serie A club are a "great" option for his client.

"Various offers have arrived for Yaya and we're evaluating them, but no decision has been taken yet for next season," Seluk said.

"Will the economic aspect make the difference? Absolutely not. We don't put money before everything, but the project the club presents us. The best will convince us.

"Inter? We're definitely talking about a great club and everyone knows about the relationship between Yaya and Mancini, but like I've already said, we haven't made any decision yet. But I'll add that the Nerazzurri's project is great and Inter is a fantastic club. So it's normal that they want a player of this level."
