KUALA BELAIT

The Belait branch of the Immigration and National Registration Department, in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, recently hosted a blood donation campaign at their office in the Kuala Belait government complex, which was also partly to commemorate the department's 58th anniversary.

The event attracted 31 blood donors, comprising officials and members of the public.

Awang Ahmad Haji Salleh, the Acting Head National Registration Officer for the Belait branch and the event's chairperson, informed that it aimed to foster better relationships and "it is also a part of our responsibility to assist the hospital in acquiring blood donors".

Also present was Awang Amir bin Ringgit, the Acting Assistant Head of Belait's Ammigration and National Registration Department, who presented certificates to the donors.
