The Higher Education Division, Ministry of Education (MoE) informed that the online application for HECAS 2016 (2nd Round) will be officially closed on Wednesday; August 31 after 4.30pm.

Applicants must ensure that they click the submit button of their HECAS online form before that time, said a press release.

Any request to apply through HECAS after the closing period will not be entertained.

The last day for applicants to submit all their hardcopies, including the printed HECAS form, to the applied institution is on Monday, September 5 (before 4.30pm).

The MoE's Scholarship Section and Higher Education Institutions reserve the right to reject applications that are incomplete, contain false information or received after 4.30pm on that date.
