The Temburong District Office, Ministry of Home Affairs, yesterday morning held a Cleaning and Tree Planting Campaign around the Government Departments Building in Bangar Town.

Joining the campaign was Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Acting Temburong District Officer. This annual activity is one of the efforts to instil the importance of maintaining cleanliness, and support the 'Green Protocol' initiative. Through the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Temburong District Office will plant a total of 124 trees aimed towards reducing the country's carbon footprint. Also present was a Member of the Legislative Council.
