The Mukim and Kampung Consultative Council's Ramadhan Tadarus Al-Quran ceremony with a delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs and its departments was held yesterday afternoon at the Kampung Bukit Beruang National Housing Scheme in Tutong District.

Leading the delegation was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Apong, Minister of Home Affairs who led the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.

The function coincided with the presentation of endowments in the form of air blower and water jet to Awang Muhd Aisamuddin bin Haji Selaman, Mosque Affairs Officer. Donations were also presented to 30 orphans.
