With a membership of approximately 600 people, the Brunei Muara Senior Citizens Activity Centre, PKWE is able to stand on its own and be resilient, an outcome of the efforts and enthusiasm of all members who have a broad and far-sighted vision. The Minister Of Culture, Youth And Sports said with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, other Ministries especially the Ministry of Health and other Government Agencies on an ongoing basis, the Senior Citizens Activity Centres nationwide would continue to unite for the benefit of the senior citizens nationwide.

Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin stated the matter at the  Tahlil and Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony in conjunction with the 9th Anniversary of the PKWE Establishment, this morning.

The ceremony aims to pray specifically for friends and family who have returned to the grace and mercy of Allah as well as to strengthen relations among PKWE members.
