From the Royal Brunei Navy Parade Ground, His Majesty proceeded to view the Static Exhibition which among others highlighted the strong territorial integrity, high combat capabilities and preparedness, effective Defence Diplomacy as well as authoritative and credible Defence Image. His Majesty also officiated new military assets and ability. The exhibition was held at the Royal Brunei Navy Training Centre. Accompanying His Majesty at the exhibition was His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al- Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince; His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik; and His Royal Highness 920 Major Udara Prince 'Abdul Mateen.
His Majesty proceeded to the Navy Training Centre in a special vehicle, the Royal Brunei Land Force, TDDB's Light Tactical All-Terrain Vehicle.
The TDDB Static Exhibition portrayed the military organisation's strength which enhances military assets based on technological progress according to current developments.
His Majesty then officiated the TDDB's New Assets.
The TDDB continues to be aware and adaptable in enhancing the preparedness and readiness of its personnel. The TDDB has made several achievements and progress in terms of defence diplomacy and operations.
His Majesty then proceeded to view the Royal Brunei Navy, TLDB's Static Exhibition which highlighted its role in defending the nation's integrity and maritime sovereignty.
His Majesty officiated the Castile Simulation Centre, Royal Brunei Navy Training Centre.
The Castile Simulation Centre was established towards building up capacity to empower TLDB's personnel by increasing individual competency and professionalism levels.
This year's celebration was also momentous when the Ministry of Defence Attaches and Advisors posted overseas had an opportunity to interact with His Majesty virtually. The Monarch also interacted with non-resident International Defence Attaches and Advisors to Brunei Darussalam.
His Majesty was also introduced to the International Defence Attaches and Advisors who are posted to the country.
His Majesty then mingled with several recipients of the Scholarship of the Supreme Commander of the RBAF, who are on leave at this time.
The Monarch was then introduced to 15 international officers from 12 countries taking part in the Command and Staff Course 12/2021.
The Royal Brunei Navy is also prepared to equip the organisation with the latest defence assets in line with the sophistication of the current defence technology.
His Majesty was also briefed on the TLDB's Fearless Class Patrol Ships project, used for maritime monitoring and the Unmanned Aerial System, UAS used on board TLDB ships. .
His Majesty then proceeded to the Dewan Nakhoda for a Get-Together Ceremony with RBAF Low-ranking Non-Commissioned Officers, NCO's.
In conjunction with this year's historic day for the RBAF, a book titled 'Indahnya Pengorbanan' was presented to His Majesty. The book 'Indahnya Pengorbanan' is a manifestation of the Ministry of Defence's staff and RBAF personnel's involvement in assisting government agencies through the Whole of Nation approach.
The Monarch also mingled with officers and personnel who completed the International Monitoring Team; Independent Decommissioning Body Verification and Monitoring Assistance Team missions as well as as United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon for the Malaysian Battalion Peacekeeping Mission.
His Majesty then proceeded to view the Royal Brunei Air Force, TUDB's Static Exhibition, which showcased TUDB's initiative to enhance its capabilities in terms of asset and various new knowledge in the country's defence industry.
This year's RBAF Anniversary celebration saw the Commissioning of TUDB Squadron 39's Unmanned Aerial System, UAS.
The Unmanned Aerial System was introduced to meet the defence capability needs in intelligence and monitoring.
In line with the changing of times, the TUDB continues to grow with an air defence system and aviation equipment that enables the TUDB to play a role in domestic and overseas operations.
