The patrol was led by Inspector Muhammad Marzuqi Koo bin Abdullah, Officer-in-Charge at the Central Police Station.

Also present for the operation were the Acting Head of Kampong Pudak, Shahri bin Haji Durahim, and other village residents.

The operation involved personnel from the Kampong Ayer Police Station, assisted by the Brunei-Muara District Police personnel and members of the Neighbourhood Watch.

It began at 10.30pm, targeting areas along bridges and river banks, while another group with the Marine Police monitored the waterway of the Brunei River.

The Central Police Station with the Kampong Rimba, Mukim Gadong Neighbourhood Watch the next day conducted a briefing at the residence of the Village Head, Puspa Wira bin Haji Md Noor.

A handover of the Neighbourhood Watch guidebook to members also took place after the briefing.

Commercial buildings and places, where people usually loiter in, were targeted during the patrol.

Also on the same day, the Temburong District Police held a crime prevention operation with the Bangar Police Station Neighbourhood Watch.

It involved three Neighbourhood Watch groups under Mukim Labi and was led by the Officer-inCharge of Bangar Police Station, ASP Pengiran Anak Haji Azanuddin Aman Shah bin Pengiran Anak Ismail Al-Haj.
