2 Companies Issued With Compound Fines

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

The Authority for Building Control and Construction Industry, ABCi has issued compound fines for offences under Regulation 12, Building Control Regulations, Advertisements, Billboards and Signboard 2016.

D'Sunlit Sendirian Berhad was issued a $1,000 compound fine for displaying a business signboard without permission at Delima Square Building in Jalan Muara. Meanwhile, Dainty Boutique was issued a $500 compound fine for displaying a business signboard without permission at The Mall Gadong. The companies are required to settle the compound fines within 14 days.
