Sabre Travel Network Lucky Draw Winners Announced

The  winners of the lucky draw for the recently concluded Brunei Travel Fair, organised by Sabre Travel Network, received their prizes in a ceremony held yesterday afternoon at the Dynasty Restaurant.

 


Dayangku Siti Khairunissa Akmal binti Pengiran Kamaluddin won a business-class return ticket to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for the return air tickets lucky draw sponsored by Royal Brunei Airlines.

 


Arisdiana binti Amran, 11, walked away with two return air tickets to Melbourne, Australia, while Lim Siong Ngoh took home two return air tickets to Dubai.

 


Rabiatul Adawiyah binti Haji Damit won one Royal Skies membership upgrade, while the prize of a three-day trip to the Turi Beach Resort in Batam went to Hasrinie Awang Sayang.

 


In the 'Travel Bug' draw sponsored by Royal Brunei Airlines, Jonathon Chua Cheng Chong, Imaduddin Mumin and Thanis Lim respectively won $10, $25 and $50 worth of tickets to any regional destination of their choice, except Kota Kinabalu.

 


The lucky draw for return air tickets, sponsored by Malaysia Airlines Berhad, saw Venkatesh Marakutty Santhanam winning one return economy-class air ticket to Denpasar Bali via Kuala Lumpur, and Muthu Muhammad Nachair Mohideen Maraicair receiving one return economy-class air ticket to Phuket via Kuala Lumpur.

 


For the prizes sponsored by Sabre Travel Network Brunei, Mohd Sahriman bin Mohd Salleh won a brand new GoPro Hero4, while the remaining three finalists won a Dfavors Exclusive Travel Luggage each.
The prize for the Instagram competition, organised by Royal Brunei Airlines, went to Noor Khadijah binti Haji Omarali.

 


In his remarks, Abdul Halim bin Haji Abdul Rahman, the Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing at the Sabre Travel Network, said, "The Brunei Travel Fair was well received and attracted over 12,600 visitors. The number of bookings has increased, despite the reduction of visitors as compare to last year."

 


He also conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to the sponsors and participation from partners for their continued support in contributing to the success of the Brunei Travel Fair.

 


Prizes were also given to the top three travel agents at the Brunei Travel Fair, with Pan Bright Travel Service coming in first place, followed by Freme Travel Services in second place and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd in third.

 


For the top travel agent based on destination, Pan Bright Travel Service received prizes for the destinations of Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, while Freme Travel Services took the top honour for trips to London.
