His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali  Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di- Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah urges for the concept of a 'Pandemic Proof University of the Future' to be considered with teaching and learning using various methods. The experience, His Majesty in his titah says, can be made as a basis for always being adaptable and resilient in facing challenges.

In the titah at the 10th Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB, Convocation, His Majesty is very pleased with UTB's initiative in offering 'Postgraduate Micro-credentials' programmes that enable students to have the opportunity to gain Certificates, Diplomas and Master's Degrees within a flexible period. In the titah, His Majesty likens the graduates' success in completing their respective studies as catalysts to future excellence.
