The Temburong Police District held a joint operation on crime prevention operation with the Neighbourhood Watch Unit of the Bang& Police Station and the Kampong Puni Neighbourhood Watch on Tuesday night.

The operation was led by Inspector Reynold @ Daniell Chin, Acting Officer In-Charge of the Bangar Police Station.

Also taking part in the operation was Haji Abdul Rahman bin Merusin, Penghulu of Mukim Bangar who is also the advisor of the Puni Neighbourhood Watch, Haji Jainih @ Zaini bin Haji Tahir, Village Head of Kampong Batang Tuau and the Acting Village Head of Kampong Puni who is also the chairperson of the Neighbourhood Watch, Haji Lampong @ Muhammad Syafi'e bin Haji Mudin, the Acting Deputy chairperson and Santey @ Aisyah Safiyah binti Haji Abdul Rahman, the secretary.

The operation was split into two divisions, one on foot while the other was vehicle patrol, both targeting areas surrounding Kampong Puni. No suspicious activities were found during the operation that went on until late night.
